Most HR technology decisions are made after a vendor demo. A slick presentation, a feature comparison spreadsheet, and a discount if you sign before the end of the month. The decision gets made before anyone has properly mapped the problem — and six months later, the system doesn't quite fit.
The advisory engagement exists to fix that. We spend one to two weeks mapping your current state — every tool you use, every process that runs manually, every workaround your team has built to compensate for a system that isn't quite right. We talk to the people who use the systems daily, not just the people who bought them.
At the end, you receive a written recommendation. Which platform fits your situation and why. What integrations you'll need. What processes need to be redesigned before any technology touches them. A phased implementation plan with realistic timelines. And an honest view of what the total cost looks like — including the parts vendors don't put in their proposals.
You can take that recommendation and implement it yourself, use it to evaluate vendor proposals with a clear brief, or work with us on the implementation. There's no obligation either way.
